We received mixed feedback about the management and leadership, whilst one staff member told us how “the management attitude stinks” and the manager made “inappropriate comments to staff who complained, such as, I put your bread on your table”. The registered manager has since disputed that they made these comments. Whilst another told us “The manager was always available.”
