Responsive
We identified two breaches of the legal regulations. People reported difficulties contacted the GP practice on the telephone and using their website. Staff did not have access to appropriate screening tools to enable them to prioritise patients according to their clinical needs. There were no clear escalation procedures to ensure clinicians were alerted to patients presenting with the greatest and/or immediate needs.
This service scored 62 (out of 100) for this area. Find out what we look at when we assess this area and How we calculate these scores.
