We served a warning notice on Lett's Care Ltd on 20 March 2025 for failing to protect people from the risks of skins damage and infection. Failure to operate effective systems to keep people safe in an emergency and failure to manage medicines safely and failing to meet regulations related to the operation of systems and processes to assess, monitor and improve the quality and safety at Hamilton's Residential Home.
