The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 27 service users at Cheriton Care Home.
Within 14 days of this condition taking effect the registered provider must carry out an audit of the governance systems and processes at Cheriton Care Home. On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report in respect of the audit. The report should include analysis of the impact of any previous actions taken.
Within 14 days of this condition taking effect the registered provider must carry out an audit of people’s care records including risk assessments at Cheriton Care Home. On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report in respect of the audit. The report should include analysis of the impact of any previous actions taken.
Within 14 days of this condition taking effect the registered provider must carry out an audit of water safety checks ensuring these have been completed by a competent person. On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report in respect of the audit. The report should include analysis of the impact of any previous actions taken.
Within 14 days of this condition taking effect the registered provider must carry out an audit of the oversight of accidents, incidents at Cheriton Care Home. On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report in respect of the audit. The report should include analysis of the impact of any previous actions taken.

On the last Friday of every month, commencing the month after this condition takes effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report in respect of the audit.
