Caring
Caring - this means we looked for evidence the provider involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
We assessed a limited number of quality statements in the caring key question and found areas of good practice. The scores for this area have been combined with scores based on the rating from the last inspection, which was good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect.
This service scored 75 (out of 100) for this area. Find out what we look at when we assess this area and How we calculate these scores.

The service promoted people’s independence. People knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and well-being.
