The service actively listened to information about people who were most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. 1 relative told us, “The staff go above and beyond to make sure the people in their care live a fulfilled life.” Records showed staff received Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training. The provider had an Equality, Diversity and Embracing Culture policy in place, which staff followed.
