A person using the service told us, “What makes here perfect for me is the staff. They gave me 2 types of call bell here; one is the standard and the other, that's the emergency 1 which I have to press frequently as I'm prone to falls and I just don't have the strength to get up. The staff come quickly, there is never any problems here.” Staff understood and followed the service’s health and safety procedures. Health and safety audits took place regularly and any areas for action were addressed. Checks of the environment and equipment were undertaken in line with the provider’s policy and legal requirements. We observed the environment to be clean, free from clutter and well equipped.
