The service cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff and supported and enabled them to always deliver person-centred care. Staff members we spoke with told us the home was a good place to work, and they felt able to make suggestions or raise issues. One staff member told us, “We have made together a lot of improvements and when the management team have been deciding on changing anything they have always discussed it with us, so we are listened to.” A professional shared feedback on how the provider worked in partnership with them to ensure good outcomes for people. This evidenced the provider was working in an integrated way, sharing information to ensure continuity for people. Staff surveys were issued annually, to encourage feedback. Action plans were devised from the feedback provided and shared with the staff team.
