Date of assessment: 19 December 2024. Cosmetic Perfection is a private independent clinic. This was first assessment for the service since it was registered with CQC on 6 September 2022. The service is registered for Treatment of disease, disorder or injury and surgical procedures. The services was assessed under The Health and Social Care Act 2008 included the slimming clinic. The registered manager for the service is Dr Christopher Keith Hope.
