During an assessment under our new approach
Medicines were administered as prescribed. The provider had a process for identifying lessons which could be learned after incidents, safeguarding and complaints which were then shared with staff. Risks associated with a person’s health and wellbeing were identified and management plans developed. There were enough staff, a robust recruitment process and they completed training to support people needs. There was a quality assurance process to monitor the care provided. Care plans were person centred and identified peoples wishes. Staff felt supported and listened to. People were supported to make decisions about their care.
