Caring
We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We spoke with a patient on the day of the assessment, and they told us they were happy with their treatment and care.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We looked at the most recent patient survey results completed in February 2025. Summarised results showed that 100% (9) patients had “confidence in the knowledge and abilities of the dentists involved in providing dental care” and said they would recommend the practice to others.
During our inspection we observed that members of staff were courteous and very helpful to patients and treated them with dignity and respect. Surgery room doors were closed during consultations; conversations taking place in these rooms could not be overheard.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights.
Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
