During an assessment under our new approach
People were at the centre of their care receiving care they wanted and needed, which was reviewed on a regular basis. Staff treated people with kindness and compassion, protecting their privacy and dignity. People’s medicines were managed by staff who had been trained and were knowledgeable. People were given regular opportunities to provide feedback about their care. Staff worked alongside health care professionals to ensure people remained healthy
Managers ensured staff were trained to meet people’s needs whilst receiving regular support and supervision. The management team completed checks and audits to ensure they were providing a high-quality service. There was a strong vision and set of values for the agency which was shared amongst all staff.
