We found this practice was providing responsive care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance. The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breaches we found at our assessment on 23 May 2024.

Equity in access
At the assessment on 12 November 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations: Staff had carried out a disability access audit and had formulated an action plan to continually improve access for patients. The practice had received positive feedback from patients regarding the improvements they had implemented for disability access. For example, the handrail the practice had installed at the practice entrance.
