Well-led
We found this practice was providing well led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Governance, management and sustainability
At the assessment on 13 March 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:
The provider had implemented effective systems for governance and oversight of the service. Information presented during the inspection was clear and easy to access. All policies and risk assessments we reviewed were reflective of practice procedures, were updated and accessible to all staff.
Feedback from staff and leaders we spoke with confirmed these improvements were made and were embedded in practice life.
At the assessment on 13 March 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:
The provider had implemented effective systems for governance and oversight of the service. Information presented during the inspection was clear and easy to access. All policies and risk assessments we reviewed were reflective of practice procedures, were updated and accessible to all staff.
Monitoring of completion of required checks for the mitigation of risk were in place and effective.
Monitoring of the availability and security of prescription pads and medicines were in place and effective.
Audits of radiography, infection prevention and control, disability access and antimicrobial prescribing were completed in line with guidance and action plans developed where required.
