Date of Assessment: 23 October 2024 to 6 January 2025. Ackroyd House is a care home providing both nursing and personal care for adults of all ages and including people living with dementia. This assessment was undertaken as we had not rated the service since 25 October 2019. We also received concerns pressure care, nutrition and hydration and social isolation at the service. We found no evidence to support these concerns. People were kept safe and staff understood and managed risks.
