Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the service. The service had collected feedback from over 800 patients during 2024, and 97% gave 5-star reviews. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “All the staff are lovely and helpful, kind and caring, management are supportive. Just an overall lovely place to work.” Another staff member told us, “Patients are always so grateful, which is very rewarding” and another staff member commented, “All staff are positive and supportive towards one another. Management is always open to listen to concerns and find the relevant solution to any issues.”
