Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Feedback received stated; “All the staff here are welcoming and helpful”, “The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable”, “All staff are very hygienic too which is lovely to see” and “Great dental surgery. Staff very kind and helpful”.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to all patients.

We were provided with a patient survey, which showed positive results.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
