The service cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff, and supported and enabled staff to always deliver person-centred care.

Staff enjoyed their work. They told us they felt valued and listened to and were proud of their team and the contribution they made. One member of staff told us, “Everyone’s approachable here, it’s a nice friendly team. The manager is lovely, approachable, just what you want a manager to be really.”
