The service understood the diverse health and care needs of people and their local communities, so care was joined-up, flexible and supported choice and continuity. Staff told us the nurses ensured people had access to health care and social services when required. People’s choice was evidenced throughout the inspection. One person wanted a job in the service. They had been invited for an interview and will be starting work in the kitchen. Another person has been designated the post worker for the service and enjoys delivering mail to the other people. Professionals told us the manager was responsive and was working with then to ensure good outcomes for people.
