Our view of the service
Date of assessment 4 March 2024. We assessed a total of 5 quality statements across safe, effective, responsive, and well-led key questions. The scores for these areas have been combined with scores based on the key question ratings from the last inspection. We found there was a proactive culture of safety and saw concerns were raised and investigated appropriately. People were involved in decisions about their care and treatment and were supported to ask questions and raise any concerns. There were clear and effective governance systems in place, which were regularly reviewed.

Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people found it easy to access services and were happy with the quality of care provided. There were appropriate processes in place to capture feedback provided by people using the service and evidenced how they had made changes to their service as a result. There was an active patient participation group in place. The practice engaged with the patient participation group regularly.
