Governance, management and sustainability
The leadership team supported staff, and all staff we spoke with were clear on their individual roles and responsibilities. Staff had regular support including one to one meetings and appraisals.
The provider had established governance processes that were appropriate for their service. All required policies and procedures were accessible by all members of staff. There were regular practice meetings with staff. Actions arising from these meetings were clearly recorded and acted upon. Staff took patient confidentiality and information security seriously and all staff were up to date on training for information and governance protocols.
