People and relatives were very positive about the care agency staff. Overall people were satisfied with how care was delivered.

Staff and leaders told us they respected people as individuals and would not discriminate against people for any reason.

The providers care planning process did not always evidence people’s likes, dislikes and preferences. However, staff knew people well and provided care according to their wishes. The provider had policies and procedures in place about equality and diversity. Some staff had training in equality and diversity. This helped staff to understand people’s diverse needs.
