We found no concerns when assessing the provider the key question of safe. We found the provider had systems in place for reviewing their quality of care. For example, there was evidence of regular clinical audits taking place. We reviewed clinical audits for the treatment of acne and the prescribing of weight-loss medication. We found the clinical audits identified learning and used NICE guidance as a benchmark. We saw evidence the provider had systems to identify learning. For example, we reviewed the providers system for managing patient complaints. We found there was a clear system embedded which identified and shared learning from complaints.
