Governance, management and sustainability
Staff and leaders told us they were clear on their individual roles and responsibilities. Leaders and managers supported staff. Leaders were in the process of reviewing their sustainability and succession planning for staff retirement March 2025. The practice had a green lead to look at green initiatives. The role of the green lead was to help reduce the practice environmental impact and make the practice more sustainable.
The provider had established governance processes that were appropriate for their service. Staff could access policies and procedures. Managers held regular practice meetings with staff where they discussed safeguarding, deaths, research, nursing, secretary, reception and network updates.
Partnerships and communities

Learning, improvement and innovation
Leaders were reviewing access at the practice and were in the process of making plans to improve this. A new telephone system had been put in place with additional funding. This had improved peoples experience and monitoring of the telephone system.
