At this assessment the rating remains good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect; and involved as partners in their care.

The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing. People were able to pursue their interests with staff support. One relative told us, “[person] has an excellent social life, always being taken to activities and going out to lunch and theatre.” Another relative told us, “[person] gets out and about all the time, they are never in.” We observed people being encouraged to make decisions for themselves at mealtimes.
