We assessed 1 quality statement on delivering evidence-based care and treatment.

Staff monitored people’s nutritional needs as required. Staff followed up-to-date policies to plan and deliver quality care according to best practice and national guidance. Patient transport record forms were completed for every journey. These were audited to monitor documentation completed on routes and in relation to the vehicle.
