Score: 3

Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality. Everyone we spoke with, felt they or their relative were treated fairly and equally by staff and the service. Staff adapted the care they provided, to meet people’s individual needs, having regard to the needs of people with protected characteristics. The service worked to reduce health and care inequalities through staff training, providing hospital passports and accessing specialist support when required.
